I had a belt snap during a 2000 mile cross country road trip (after business hours) on a Monday evening. 2002 Sprinter was overheating and lost power steering. I was 6 hours from home and broken down at a truck stop in Waddy KY. I called Fleet Doc in desperation and planning for a long evening of not knowing my next move. With in a half hour of leaving a message Chad the Fleet Doc service manager called from his home to let me know that they would work me in the following morning to get me back on the road. The guys at the shop were professional, courteous and straight shooters. Marwan my mechanic knew what to do and had my van diagnosed and ready within 2 hours. Even if your vehicle is in good shape its worth stopping by for the homemade Pimento Cheese! If I lived in Kentucky these guys would be my go to for vehicle service. Thanks for the Help Fleet Doc!
