Great job. I literally could not get anyone else to work on my vehicle without me taking the hydraulics apart and bring it to them. Fleet Doc was not only willing but got it fixed in 24 hours.

Fleet Doc has service that is the best in my book. They have offered to give me a ride while they worked on car, and they’ve even text me diagnostic before working on it. For a female that has no vehicle service skills, except putting gas in and go!🤦🏽‍♀️ It gives me peace of mind of their integrity on working on my vehicle.

I had issues with vibration in my car and my normal mechanic couldn't figure it out. I am so excited to have gotten a full inspection with the report sent to my phone with pictures. This is amazing, I knew what to expect. There is explanations of why things need done as well. There are categories of passing, needs to be done immediately, and things that can be done later. I am pleased as punch to be going to Fleet Doc for my mechanic work. Joe, Josh, and Jeff are trustworthy and honest. Thank you Fleet Doc for helping me out.

I was a hesitant first time customer when I moved to Lexington but that was then. I trust Joe and the others with my vehicle explicitly. They have no issue communicating with me and I've never felt pressured into any unnecessary repairs. They recently squeezed me in for spark plug service and had it done quickly. Great friendly staff, quick and trustworthy service

We needed brakes checked on one of our cars last week and called Fleet Doc to see how we could work it out social distancing. They pick up and deliver! Jim from Fleet Doc let us know he was on his way, texted us to leave our keys on the front porch, picked up our vehicle, sent text messages on service report, costs, serviced it, and returned our car within a few hours. It was awesome! Absolutely no hassle. I was able to pay over the phone and didn’t leave my house. Thank you all at Fleet Doc for all you do to keep us safe!
