I went in with two major problems and two minor (an oil change and AC recharge). There was a clanking noise I asked them to look into. They said it was just low oil and did not actually look into the issue. Upon pickup, I got into the car and the issue was still there. It was clear they did not even bother to actually look into the problem. They allegedly could not even attempt to diagnose the other issue. I took it to another service provider who was able to fix both problems under a day. My car was at fleet doc for three days, they were exceedingly non-communicative, and seemed uninformed about how to deal with CarMax despite being an authorized service provider. I know others have had positive experiences, but in my experience with Fleet Doc, they barely did half a job. I paid for a good service provider for what I could have gotten at a jiffy lube.
Alex, I am truly sorry for your poor experience at Fleet Doc and that we did not meet your expectations. Communication is something we strive to be great at and apologize that you had a lack there of in this case.
