Took the time to listen to what was wrong with the car, quickly got my car back to me and didn't charge too much. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, can't really think of anything they would need to improve on. I'll return when my car inevitably breaks again.

Great service, reasonable prices

I have been looking for a new "local" mechanic for a while now, the place I used to be extremely loyal to always did great work and was what I considered fair in pricing. As they grew in customer base because of their reputation for great work they failed to grow their business at the same pace. It became very difficult and almost impossible to speak with someone whether it was a question about service or to set an appointment. Recently I was pointed towards Fleet Doc by a friend who was having her a/c and fluids serviced. I have a Jeep Wrangler and was looking to have some minor suspension work done and thought I would give them a call. I had already priced the work through another business and Fleet Doc came in with a very competitive price which was slightly lower. Being a local business and the other being a much larger operation, I opted to support local and support the referral. Let me preface by saying it takes a lot for me to boast about a company or customer service because I have high expectations, but Fleet Doc absolutely just set a new bar all together. Their shop was extremely clean, the staff was very friendly and genuinely wanted me to have a good experience. The tech that performed the work on my Jeep did so in what I consider a very timely manner and from what I can tell, he did a heck of a job. It's nice to know that I once again have a place I can count on to service my vehicle that I trust and want to do business with.

I really liked this place until they tried to rip off my mom on some rear brakes that she did not need and tried to charge a whopping $700 for one axle.
